A Louisiana native, I grew up in Shreveport. My wife, Paula, and I moved to Leavenworth shortly after selling our full line vending machine company (Vickrey Vending, Inc.) which served the Ark-La-Tex region for over 15 years. I obtained my real estate license in 1990 and since then have worked in Leavenworth as a real estate broker. Outside of real estate, my passion is my twin four-year-old grandsons. Taking them on hikes around my property exploring and finding “treasures” is just heaven. The importance of family was a cornerstone of my childhood and continues to this day.
I know this market extremely well. In my real estate career here in Leavenworth, I’ve sold multiple properties on every road we have. At this point in my life, I’m in this business to see smiles on people’s faces. I’m here to shoot you straight. Over or underpriced, you’ll hear it from me with no hesitation.
Over my 30-year career, I’ve realized the attention to detail is often overlooked by the opportunity of making a sale. Home and Septic inspections are often easy. When it comes to the title report most agents just forward the email to their clients from the title company and ask for you to review. You really need to be a professional to read and understand these reports. They certainly could have negative consequences.
